A brief overview of some of the services that we provide are:
Overnight Delivery
Our overnight service provides next day delivery to over 11,000 communities within the continental United States and Canada. Most are delivered prior to 10:30 a.m. Guaranteed deliveries before noon or other time parameters are specialty services always available upon request with Air, Land and Sea Express.
Two Day Express
Second day delivery is provided when time is essential but overnight is not required. Second day delivery is economically discounted and a.m. deliveries on the second day are available upon request. This service allows Air, Land and Sea Express the opportunity to lower costs by consolidation and pass the savings on to our customers.
Economy Deferred Service
Three to five day service can be performed competitively with LTL but with the extra service touch your important shipment may require. Air, Land and Sea Express can work within your time parameters, coordinate inside deliveries or even delivery crews if necessary. An extra touch of service that you won't receive from a common carrier.
Prior to 9:00 a.m. Delivery
Our standard procedure is to route your shipments to the destination airport via the earliest possible arrival. In most cases this will allow a requested special delivery to be performed prior to 9:00 a.m. at an additional cost.
Same Day Service
Same day service provides delivery of your most critical small packages, or larger shipments as well, to most major airport cities within 6 hours after your call. No need to worry about immediate pick up or delivery either, Air, Land and Sea Express will take care of it for you as well.
International Services
Air, Land and Sea Express international system provides many benefits for the exporter and the importer as well. Principle services include assembly and distribution, cargo insurance, export documentation, consolidation and special dispatch service door-to-door.
Trade Show / Convention Services
Call upon Air, Land and Sea Express to handle your displays and support materials for conventions and trade shows. Our experience with the centers and hotels around the country allows us to perform beyond expectations because we not only meet delivery appointments, but will also prearrange the return of your materials and eliminate all the hassle and abnormal expense that is usually incurred. When you require careful handling, on time delivery and scheduling of returns - you'll feel a whole lot better with the experience of Air, Land and Sea Express in your corner.
Hours of Operation
Service will be made available 24 hours each day, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. At Air, Land and Sea Express we'll arrange our schedule to meet yours.
Billing
Air, Land and Sea Express has customized billing procedures to adjust to any customer requirement. We have developed a data interchange system to control accounts receivable, payable, tracing and daily status of your account. We provide both weekly statements and individually rated bills of lading for all of our customers.
Proof of Deliveries
We can provide a verbal proof of delivery on any shipment and when requested a hard copy can be provided as well. Communication expertise is an Air, Land and Sea Express asset that is shared with any client request.
Custom Design Services
The varied transportation expertise and operational flexibility within Air, Land and Sea Express allows us to design specific services to satisfy even the most unusual or out of the ordinary expedited transportation needs. It has been the policy of Air, Land and Sea Express since our inception, to provide the specific transportation services that our clients request.
Packaging Services
Unusual sizes, delicate instruments, ornate artwork...if it's not packaged, or you're not sure if it's packaged properly. trust Air, Land and Sea Express to do it for you the right way. From inner packed corrugated cardboard to custom built wooden crates, our packaging experts will make sure you're important material will travel safely.
Local Courier and Cartage Services
All of the Air, Land and Sea Express vehicles are radio dispatched and can be contacted immediately to provide you with pick up and delivery service throughout the Bi-State area. The menu of services include "One Hour Rush", "Two Hour Economy Rush", "Economy Four Hour" and "Exclusive Hot Shot" services. From envelopes to heavy pallets - service can be arranged conveniently and economically.
